These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Skin Suite Aesthetics + Training, located at 2 Whitby Court, Shepley, HD8 8EL, ALURA Beauty 58-60 NOrth Road, Kirkburton, HD8 0RU, Northern Beauty 32 Market Street, Milnsbridge HD3 4NG or Amour Hair and Beauty 30 Bridge Street, Slaithwaite, HD7 5JN. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • All treatments are subject to a full consultation and suitability assessment.

  • Our services are non-surgical and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

  • Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

  • You must inform us of any allergies, health conditions, or medications during your consultation.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.

  • We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to payment of 50% of the bookings. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in a fee 100% of the booking.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or result in cancellation.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if adequate notice is given.

  • Refunds for prepaid packages may be granted only in exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval.

6. Minors

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable treatments (proof of age may be required).

  • We do not treat minors unless legally permissible and with appropriate consent and documentation.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We comply with GDPR and will keep your personal and medical information confidential.

  • Your data will only be used to provide care and for internal clinic use.

  • You may request to view or update your records at any time.

8. Aftercare

  • Clients will receive aftercare advice post-treatment.

  • It is your responsibility to follow aftercare guidance to ensure best results and avoid complications.

  • We are not liable for issues arising from non-compliance with aftercare instructions.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, we are not liable for unforeseen reactions or outcomes beyond our control.

  • By agreeing to treatment, you accept the risks involved and acknowledge that outcomes may vary.
